Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Lead end-to-end recruitment across regions: job postings, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, onboarding Build a strong talent pipeline for technical, consulting, and operational roles Partner with team leads to understand current and future hiring needs 2. Capacity Planning & Workforce Management Maintain an updated capacity tracker across teams Proactively flag resourcing needs and support planning across projects and functions Help structure team growth as new verticals and geographies open up 3. HR Systems & Process Setup Design and manage basic HR systems for leaves, reviews, onboarding, and compliance Set up and improve SOPs for employee lifecycle management Coordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles 4. Key Responsibilities Manage and regularly update company social media pages. Plan, create, and post engaging content aligned with the company's brand and tone. Develop and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars. Write and edit articles, blogs, and posts highlighting company projects, sustainability insights, and team activities. Position Overview : The Energy Modeller will support the development of energy simulations and building performance analysis for green building certifications (LEED, WELL, Estidama, DGBC, etc.) and other energy efficiency projects. The role involves assisting in creating accurate energy models, performing technical analyses, and supporting project teams in achieving compliance with sustainability and energy performance requirements. Key Responsibilities : - Develop building energy simulation models using recognized software such as eQuest, Design Builder, IES VE, etc - Support LEED, Estidama, DGBC and other green building certifications by preparing required documentation, calculations, and simulation reports. - Assist in reviewing architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings to extract inputs for energy modelling and system analysis. - Conduct baseline and proposed case simulations in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 and relevant standards. - Analyze simulation results to identify energy conservation measures and optimization opportunities. - Support the preparation of energy and water efficiency reports, feasibility studies, and carbon reduction analyses. - Collaborate with design teams to provide recommendations on passive design strategies, HVAC system optimization, and renewable energy integration. - Stay updated with local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Estidama) and international standards related to energy performance and building simulation. - Coordinate internally with sustainability consultants and project engineers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
