Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow Susnomics online presence across LinkedIn and other platforms. The role involves social media marketing, content writing, trend analysis, and engagement strategies to build a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update company social media pages.
• Plan, create, and post engaging content aligned with the company's brand and tone.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
• Write and edit articles, blogs, and posts highlighting company projects, sustainability insights, and team activities.
• Coordinate with the Dubai office team to capture and create engaging content including photos, short videos, and reels that showcase office activities, team culture, and fun moments.
• Design high-quality visuals using Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms.
• Monitor engagement and suggest strategies to improve visibility and reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with team members for content ideas.
• Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar tools.
