Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Executive who can help shape how Oliva shows up in the digital world — across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This is a role for someone who truly gets audiences: what they like, what they care about, and how to build conversations that feel real, relevant, and resonant. You’ll be the voice, pulse, and energy behind our online presence, ensuring every interaction reflects Oliva’s identity.

From building an engaged creator network to crafting compelling copy to spotting the next big trend in beauty & skincare — you’ll be right at the heart of how our brand grows digitally.

What You’ll Own

1. Social Media Management

· Lead the daily execution of Oliva’s Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn presence.

· Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.

· Track performance metrics and optimize formats for maximum reach and engagement.

2. Community Building

· Build, grow, and nurture an active digital community.

· Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with brand-consistent tone.

· Spot opportunities for UGC, advocacy, and high-engagement moments.

3. Influencer & Creator Relations

· Identify, onboard, and manage micro & macro influencers across beauty, skincare, and wellness.

· Build strong relationships through seamless coordination from briefing to content approvals.

· Maintain a structured tracker of campaigns, deliverables, and performance metrics.

4. Content & Copywriting

· Write sharp, engaging captions, scripts, post copy, and influencer collaboration content.

· Work closely with design and video teams to ensure consistency in tone and aesthetics.

· Bring creative thought to trend scouting, concepting, and campaign storytelling.

5. Trend Spotting & Research

· Stay plugged into beauty, skincare, and social media trends.

· Proactively pitch fresh, relevant content ideas aligned with Oliva’s brand ethos and audience expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· 1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content creation — ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.

· Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn formats, audience behaviour, and algorithms.

· Excellent writing skills — conversational, engaging, and trend-aware.

· Naturally creative, with an eye for aesthetics, tone, and emerging trends.

· A confident communicator who can independently manage creators and influencers.

· Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or analytics dashboards is a plus.
