Role Description

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions on a day-to-day basis. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR practices. The executive will also be involved in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and supporting employees in their professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in HR Operations and overseeing day-to-day HR functions
• Strong Employee Relations skills and ability to manage workplace dynamics
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with HR practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
