Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management, streamline HR operations, foster employee relations, and ensure compliance with company HR policies. Daily tasks will include recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, conflict resolution, and supporting both strategic and operational HR functions to help maintain an effective workforce.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Expertise in core Human Resources (HR) functions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working in construction or architecture-related industries is a plus
