Human Resources Executive

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the HR department. Your key responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Onboarding: - Taking charge of end-to-end recruitment processes which involve job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and extending offers to potential candidates. - Facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires to help them integrate into the organization effectively. Leave Management: - Administering leave policies by tracking and approving leave requests in accordance with company policies and labor laws. - Maintaining accurate records of employee leaves and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Employee Relations & Engagement: - Acting as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture. - Organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities to enhance morale and increase employee retention rates. HR Administration: - Supporting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to streamline HR operations. - Addressing employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes to ensure clarity and understanding. This role is a full-time, permanent position based in Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad. The working schedule is day shift from Monday to Friday with the requirement to work in person at the designated work location.,
