Job Title: HR Executive Location: Manesar, Haryana Industry: Manufacturing Experience: 3–6 years (preferred) Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage daily HR functions at our Manesar plant. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and handling both administrative and labour-related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment and hiring for factory and office roles Manage onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities Maintain attendance and leave records; prepare monthly salary sheets Handle labour-related issues and maintain shop floor discipline Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, minimum wage, and labour laws Coordinate resource planning and workforce allocation Execute routine office administrative tasks (e.g., stationery, housekeeping) Perform basic computer operations (MS Excel, Word, email) Support compliance audits and maintain relevant HR records Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3–6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance norms Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently Preferred: Experience with payroll or ERP systems Fluency in Hindi and English required.
