Human Resources Executive

Your proactive attitude towards organizational development and talent management will be key in handling diverse HR responsibilities with precision and discretion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, talent sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and final onboarding. - Maintain and update comprehensive employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection policies. - Coordinate induction and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires. - Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures. - Provide guidance to employees regarding HR practices, grievance redressal mechanisms, and organizational protocols. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale and retention. - Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and labor laws. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and uphold ethical standards in all operations. **Candidate Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in any field or a related discipline. - 1 to 2 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or executive role, preferably in an IT or corporate environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal acumen. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRMS or ATS software is highly desirable. - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team setting. - Must have basic knowledge of statutory compliances such as PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employees State Insurance).
