Below are the Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
? Schedule, coordinate, and conduct interviews for R&D as well as other roles,
including IT and non-IT positions.
? Coordinate and conduct interviews, schedule meetings with hiring managers.
? Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer roll-out.
? Conduct reference checks, pre-boarding, and onboarding formalities.
? Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
? Prepare HR-related reports, attendance tracking, and performance review data.
? Support payroll inputs by ensuring accuracy of attendance and leave records.
? Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, vendor coordination, and office supplies management & hotel bookings.
? Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
? Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
? Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information.
? Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? 2 years of experience in IT (R&D hirings) & non-IT recruitment and administrative support.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
? Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
