Human Resources Executive

We are currently looking for HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Location- Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end

  recruitment

  — from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update

  employee records

  , attendance, and leave management systems.
• Support in preparing

  offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents

  .
• Coordinate

  payroll inputs

  , including attendance, leave, and deductions.
• Handle

  employee queries

  related to HR policies, salary, leaves, and benefits.
• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  (ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain related documentation.
• Conduct

  induction and orientation sessions

  for new employees.
• Assist in

  performance evaluation

  and

  probation confirmation

  processes.
• Plan and support

  employee engagement activities

  , team events, and celebrations.
• Manage

  exit formalities

  , including resignation acceptance, F&F coordination, and experience letters.
• Prepare and share

  HR reports

  as required by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
• Good understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
