Sales and Operations Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Operations Intern to support our business development and operational activities. This role offers hands-on experience in sales strategy, lead generation, client handling, and backend coordination, giving you a comprehensive view of how a growing EdTech business runs.

Responsibilities:

Sales

• Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach
• Communicate with potential clients/students via email, phone, or chat
• Support in pitching our educational programs and converting leads
• Maintain and update CRM tools or lead trackers regularly

Operations

• Coordinate with internal teams (Academic, Content, Tech) to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Monitor progress of student onboarding, query resolution, and feedback collection
• Track order/delivery pipeline and ensure timely execution of tasks
• Support backend documentation, reporting, and performance tracking

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Business, Management, Education, or related)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic business tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• A keen interest in EdTech, startups, and customer engagement
