Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring new hire integration.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and physical files.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, employee engagement events, and wellness programs.
  • Provide support in payroll and benefits administration under supervision.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures in a timely and respectful manner.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitude.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
