Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals & social platforms.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth onboarding formalities.

2️⃣ Daily HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll teams.
• Support employee engagement, induction, and orientation activities.
• Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance.
• Address employee queries and ensure smooth functioning of HR processes.

3️⃣ Administration Support

• Oversee office administration tasks for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility teams when required.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience

  in HR operations & recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, HR tools, and hiring platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
