HR Executive

Position: Human Resource Executive

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand (with site visits as required)

CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Godawari Harsh Construction Pvt. Ltd. / M/S DILIP KUMAR is seeking an HR Executive with construction industry experience, particularly in road and bridge projects. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations across project sites, ensuring smooth workforce management, compliance, and employee engagement.

·       Maintain employee documentation and verify with Manager HR.

·       Manage daily attendance records for site and office staff.

·       Prepare labour payment sheets for various sites and coordinate with accounts.

·       Support payroll processing and compensation sheet preparation.

·       Handle recruitment & onboarding – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

·       Ensure compliance with labour laws and site-level statutory requirements.

·       Assist Manager HR in monthly HR reports and manpower planning.

·       Provide HR support in grievance handling, site workforce deployment, and training.

·       MBA (HR) with 4–5 years of experience as HR Executive in the construction sector.

·       Strong knowledge of labour law compliance, site workforce management, and HRMS tools.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel & HR documentation.

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.

·       Ability to work in site-based environments and handle multi-site coordination.
