Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Kottayam. The Human Resources Executive will handle daily HR operations, including recruitment, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing HR management strategies. Responsibilities also include workforce planning, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive workplace environment to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations with demonstrated professional experience
• Strong grasp of Employee Relations and the ability to manage interpersonal workplace relationships effectively
• Knowledge of implementing and maintaining HR Policies and ensuring compliance with regulations
• In-depth understanding of broader Human Resources (HR) functions and practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with management and employees to meet organizational goals
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive or retail sector is an added advantage
