About the Role

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  recruitment process

  : sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination.
• Conduct smooth

  onboarding and induction

  for new hires.
• Maintain accurate

  employee records

  , HR documentation, and HRMS updates.
• Handle

  employee relations

  , address queries, and assist in grievance resolution.
• Support

  performance management

  , appraisals, and feedback cycles.
• Execute

  employee engagement

  activities, events, and communication.
• Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, confirmation, etc.).
• Assist with

  payroll inputs

  , attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR support and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
