Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team near Huda City Center in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience in Human Resources and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and administer HR policies and procedures.
Adhere to all statutory compliance requirements.
Manage new recruiter onboarding processes.
Monitor employee performance appraisals.
Maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
Support the payroll process and ensure exit formalities are completed.
Address employee issues and grievances.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or related fields.
Possess strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
