  • HIL Testing with dSPACE Real Time Systems is the central test method for validating embedded software on electronic control units (ECU). It enables tests of real ECUs in a simulated environment.
  • Software-in-the loop (SIL) testing with the powerful dSPACE solution for PC- and cloud-based simulation enable simulation and testing of software functions or complete V-ECU networks – in real-time or even faster, and highly parallel.
  • dSPACE rapid prototyping systems help function developers worldwide bring ideas to life in a real environment, with real sensors and actuators, and in real time, significantly reducing development effort and costs.
  • dSPACE Code Generation enables shorter ECU software development times and high-quality production software through highly optimized workflows in an integrated development, testing, and validation environment.

ECUs developed and tested with dSPACE products can be seen in all domains of Automotive Industry, both in new areas such as Software-Defined Vehicles, Autonomous Driving, and e-Mobility, and in traditional areas such as Powertrains, V2X and Connected Services, Communication Systems, Body & Comfort Electronics, and Chassis. dSPACE is also active in many more different industries such as On- & Offroad Commercial Vehicles, Railway, Aerospace, UGVs & UAVs, Marine, Machinery & Power Tools, and Academia.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Manage recruitment and hiring process, including job postings and candidate coordination.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and update internal databases (attendance, leave management).
  • Support performance reviews, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and assist in HR audits and reporting.
  • Address employee queries and foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage HR portal and assist with payroll coordination.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.


Administration

  • Office Operations Management

    : Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, utilities (electricity, water), and housekeeping services.
  • Vendor Management

    : Handle vendor registration, maintain CRM database, manage AMC contracts for office facilities.
  • Procurement & Inventory

    : Oversee domestic purchases, maintain office stock (stationery, pantry supplies), and track inventory.
  • Travel & Event Coordination

    : Plan and manage business travel, conferences, and internal events.
  • Facility Management

    : Supervise office maintenance, repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Budget & Cost Control

    : Monitor administrative expenses, negotiate vendor contracts for cost efficiency.
  • Security & Compliance

    : Coordinate office security measures, visitor management, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Technology & IT Support Liaison

    : Coordinate with IT team for office hardware/software requirements and troubleshooting.
  • Document & Record Management

    : Maintain administrative files, agreements, and ensure timely renewals.
  • Reception & Front Desk Supervision

    : Manage reception operations and visitor handling.


Requirements – Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream; HR certification preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR and comprehensive office administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR portals, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in English and preference to converse in 2 local languages.
