Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing all HR management activities. Daily tasks will include recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and handling employee relations
• Knowledge of developing and implementing HR policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
