This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Generalist at Intelisync. The role involves managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and overall HR management tasks in the office setting in Pune.

• Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
