About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations
• Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management
• Drive employee engagement activities and address grievances
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and labor laws
• Support performance appraisal and training processes

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of HR experience (preferably in IT or service-based industry)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• Experience with HR software/tools and MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and eagerness to learn
