- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations by addressing concerns and providing support.- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR database management.- Assist in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.- Organize employee training and development programs.- Develop and update company policies in line with legal and company standards.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree- 1- 2years of relevant HR experience. OR FRESHERS- Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws.- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
