Human Resources Executive (HR)

Aira Innovations is looking for a skilled HR Executive with proven experience in Real Estate, Finance, Banking, and Insurance sectors. The candidate will manage complete HR operations, recruitment, and compliance, ensuring smooth workforce management for our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Real Estate, Finance, Banking, and Insurance roles.
• Conduct onboarding, induction, and maintain employee records.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance documentation.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, payroll, and statutory regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience specifically in Real Estate, Finance, Banking, or Insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment strategies, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
