Human Resources Executive (HR)

Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible HR Executive to join our team at BRT Multi Software LLP.

The person will handle daily HR work, help in hiring, managing employees, and maintaining office discipline.

This job is perfect for someone who is good in communication, friendly, and can handle multiple tasks with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full HR process – recruitment, joining, attendance, and exit.
• Coordinate with team leaders and management for daily work and updates.
• Maintain employee records and basic HR reports.
• Manage salary coordination, leave tracking, and staff engagement.
• Help management in policies and office communication.
• Create a positive and professional environment in the office.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA in Human Resources (HR)
• Experience: 2-5 Years
• Skills Required:
• Good communication in English & Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, HR tools)
• Typing Speed: 20WPM
• Team handling and coordination skills
• Positive attitude and multitasking ability
• Preference: Candidates with IT company experience will be preferred

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Employment Bond

· 2 Years (Mandatory)

· The selected candidate must stay near the office location (Alpha-1, Greater Noida).
