Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Real Estate, Finance, Banking, and Insurance roles. Conduct onboarding, induction, and maintain employee records. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance documentation. Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities. Coordinate manpower planning with department heads. Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, payroll, and statutory regulations .
