Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer role located in Pune. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee relations, and developing job descriptions. The day-to-day tasks will include implementing HR strategies, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and Job Description Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
