Job Description

You will be working as an HR Specialist at Rapid Consulting Services, where you will provide support to employees and supervisors in all Human Resources aspects of the department. Your responsibilities will include: - Being responsible for the hiring process and orientation of new employees. - Maintaining the human resources personnel system. - Providing support related to HR, recruitment, and orientation as needed by the plant. - Ensuring recruitment processes are followed according to internal procedures. - Preparing and forwarding employee requisitions for approval. - Posting internal and external job openings. - Receiving and sorting resumes. - Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews. - Conducting interviews and introducing candidates to supervisors. - Meeting with supervisors for candidate selection. - Providing new employees with information on company rules and regulations. - Preparing new employee packages and presenting relevant documentation. - Answering employee questions. - Participating in the elaboration of employee recognition activities. - Informing supervisors of new policies and providing support. - Writing letters, memos, and keeping bulletin boards up to date. - Respecting the values and code of ethics of the company. - Providing ethics training to new employees. - Avoiding conflict of interest situations. - Acting in the company's best interests. - Seeking constant internal and external client feedback. - Taking personal responsibility for the quality of products or services rendered. - Displaying a positive, willing-to-work attitude and being reliable in terms of attendance. Qualifications required for this position include: - 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume human resource department, specifically in recruiting and onboarding. - 1+ years of experience in onboarding and coordinating drug screens and background checks. - 1+ years of experience with HRMS (Human Resource Management System).,
