Human Resources Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, fostering employee relations, and Payroll. The role involves performing day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, Induction, and performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The HR Executive will also work closely with various departments to support their HR needs and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
• Strong skills in Payroll and Recruitment development
• Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
