Training and Placement Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training and Placement Officer located in Jaipur. The Training and Placement Officer will be responsible for managing campus placements, coordinating with companies, preparing students through training and development sessions, and facilitating soft skills workshops. The officer will also organize seminars, industry visits, and maintain relationships with industry professionals to ensure better future prospects for students.

1. To look after the training and placement activities of students

2. To have a close liaison with industry for the training and placement of students

3. To work in consultation with the department's head for organizing lectures from professionals and the industry

4. To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement

5. Arrange training programs for soft skills and for interview-facing skills for the students

using institutional and external expertise

6. To organize Industrial visits for students

7. To conduct career counselling sessions

8. To conduct mock interviews

9. To work in close association for the Alumni Association

10. To maintain records and provide data on all training and placement activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Skills in Campus Placement and College Recruiting
• Strong Communication and Soft Skills
• Experience in organizing and conducting Training sessions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to collaborate with industry professionals and faculty
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
