Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Anand (IN-OFFICE). The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. Daily tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting overall HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
