The apt candidate for this positions should possess following skills and experience.
· To fulfil the staffing requirement of the company through different sources
· Must have experience in screening and interviewing the candidates
· To schedule and conduct the personal interviews
· To complete the pre-joining, joining & exit procedures
· Maintain the data base of job applications, interviews and selection / rejection
· To submit daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports to the management
· Must be able to coordinate with team leads to gather staffing requirement
Skills Required:
· MS Excel / Google Spreadsheet
· English (Fluency required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
