As a Human Resources Director at an automotive part manufacturer based in Bangalore, you will play a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive organizational culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy. - Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, design effective onboarding programs, and implement talent management strategies. - Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies, conflict resolution, and proactive communication. - Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning. - Identify training needs, design training programs, and collaborate with department heads to ensure continuous learning and development opportunities. - Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards and company objectives. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. - Utilize HR data and metrics to provide insights to senior management on HR-related issues and trends. - Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience as an HR Director or similar senior HR role in the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive or related sectors. - Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent management, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Experience in managing HR operations in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
