Reporting directly to the executive team, you will partner closely with leadership to drive various HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - **Talent Acquisition:** Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance employer branding efforts. - **Training & Development:** Establish continuous learning programs and career pathways to boost employee skills and engagement. - **Compensation & Benefits:** Design competitive compensation, rewards, and benefits policies to motivate and retain key talent. - **Compliance & Safety:** Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws and safety regulations in all HR processes and policies. - **Employee Relations:** Foster an inclusive work culture, resolve conflicts efficiently, and handle grievances professionally. - **Strategic HR Planning:** Align HR priorities with business goals, forecast future workforce needs, and implement initiatives to support company growth. - **People Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR team towards delivering results with integrity and excellence. Qualifications & Experience: - 12 to 15+ years of HR experience with a minimum of 4-5 years in a leadership role. - Thorough understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements. - Experience in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or healthcare company will be advantageous. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. - Bachelors/Masters in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
