The Sales Specialist will be responsible for Driving product sales across Decisioning Software, Identity Verification & Fraud Solutions across all clients in the region. He/she will lead a team of specialist sales/presales consultants on such products and drive Presales through a Solution Consulting approach. Key areas for value added contribution include: Communication approach, including pre-sales and sales collaterals Create client solutions based on use cases, business objectives and need Good Technical understanding of Financial Markets, with focus on BFSI sector in India Technical knowledge of BFSI software and fraud product suites The role reports to the Specialist Sales Lead. The Sales Specialist candidate will have strong experience in SaaS consultative sales, solution consulting and product management. Given the strategic role we play in our clients’ business decision making, you are expected to work at senior levels and demonstrate obvious confidence in this environment. Key Responsibilities Proficiency in analyzing the customer’s business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technical solutions Should be an expert in handling a diverse range of software products, fraud solutions and concepts relevant to lending business Creating a compelling value proposition for Experian Products & Solutions across verticals by architecting solutions, structuring deals and strategic consulting Prior experience in a presales team which works with the sales team to conceptualize new business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation Lead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and internal stakeholders Perform Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologies Keep oneself updated on changing business needs, regulatory requirements, new domain trends, tools and products Demonstrate deep understanding of Technology landscape of the BFSI sector Drive customer-product sync through deep understanding of market use cases and trends Qualifications 6 – 8 years' experience leading Sales, Presales and/or Consulting activities within a tech led business with a strong focus on client relationships & product management Expertise in SaaS and cloud based products Exposure to B2B Enterprise Selling Good understanding of software technology, App and/or Online UX / CX Facilitating innovation processes Excellent communication skills both in 1-1 and group settings Data driven and analytical approach Excellent ability to partner with sales teams Highly professional and credible - interacting at all levels both internally and externally MBA preferred Show more Show less

Job Description As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for evaluating sales opportunities in multiple domains like BFSI, Telecom etc. Your exposure to Solution Sales/ Consulting environment or financial services will differentiate you from the rest. The role sits within our Consumer services business, one of our four Global Business Lines. We create credit reports by collecting and analyzing credit histories – sorting through data about the credit people applied for, whether their applications were successful, and how they paid the credit back. We share this information with businesses so they can calculate a credit decision, usually using a credit score. This score predicts how likely people are to pay back what they owe. This combination of data, scores and software enable businesses to make accurate, fair and quick credit decisions Business development and revenue generation: Responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients in India. Expand market penetration and grow the profits. Puts product / technical knowledge to commercial use and prepares estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy. Customer management: Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business. Demonstrate high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction Benchmarking: Responsible in data collection for regularly benchmarking product against source, data and competitors.
