Human Resources Director

You will be responsible for developing and delivering the HR strategy for Experian India, focusing on driving the desired culture, engagement, and aggressive business growth. This strategic yet hands-on role requires a refined HR practitioner and leader who is passionate about the value HR can bring to an organization. Managing and developing a high-performing HR team in Mumbai will be a key aspect of this role. You will report administratively to the MD of Experian Credit Information Company of India (ECICI) and the Managing Director for Experian India. - Lead the delivery of the People Plan within Experian India business, partnering with country leadership and EMAP HR leadership teams - Continuously improve HR services and expertise by collaborating with CoE teams and landing regional initiatives - Build and sustain an effective and engaging working environment across the India market - Proactively manage people and organizational risk by providing commercial employment and legal advice - Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function, leveraging technology - Set the strategic framework for local employment practices and policy development - Manage the entire employee life cycle from hiring to engagement initiatives and employee relations activities - An agile HR practitioner with a deep understanding of HR strategy and a track record of excellence - Ability to build sustainable professional relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders - Deep understanding of the talent market in India, particularly in the Technology, Analytics, and BFSI space - Experience working with regulated companies - Competent, focused, and outcome-driven, championing organizational values - Change agent with the ability to build HR maturity in a rapidly scaling business operation - Passionate about contemporary employee experience and supporting top talent through organizational offerings,
