Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director at Ecloto Designs, located in Kochi. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. They will also handle performance management, develop and implement HR strategies, and support staff development. The role involves collaborating with management to fulfill the company's HR needs and fostering a positive work environment.
