Human Resources Business Partner

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable on-boarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. 

Responsibilities

• Supporting store expansions and acquisitions operationally through HR processes.
• Coordinating recruitment drives and managing the hiring process.
• Delivering onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement.
• Acting as an employee champion and management consultant for HR issues.
• Handling employee grievances and retention strategies.
• Driving performance management, talent development, and organizational design interventions.
• Deliver and support employee engagement programs, training, and development initiatives aimed at building a motivated workforce.
• Partner with leadership to address workforce planning, labor forecasting, and talent development aligned with business growth goals.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain a positive workplace culture promoting inclusion, employee wellness, and morale.
• Utilize HR analytics to monitor trends, provide insights, and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the People Team on strategic HR initiatives including compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• A Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) or a Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the Retail, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries.
