Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner, located in Noida. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with management to address HR-related needs, providing support and guidance to employees, and facilitating HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practices Strong skills in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law Experience with Performance Management systems and processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
