What You’ll Do

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning people strategy with business goals.
  • Drive

    special HR projects

    – from org design, leadership programs, policy modernization to digital HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with COEs across L&D, Performance, Rewards, and D&I to implement scalable org-wide programs.
  • Lead culture, engagement, and change management initiatives for corporate functions.
  • Use data-driven insights to drive talent strategies, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.
  • Coach managers on performance, development, and team effectiveness.
  • Be the go-to for ER, grievance redressal, and policy governance.


What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of HRBP experience, preferably with exposure to project-based HR work and COE collaboration.
  • Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Deep understanding of modern HR practices and change leadership.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a high-growth, agile environment.
