Human Resources Business Partner

Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, including HR Business Partnering. - Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent people management skills. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities and business acumen. - Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders. - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
