Job Description

As a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (BPHR) joining our team, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, enhancing the overall employee experience, and ensuring compliance with local HR laws, regulations, and policies. Your partnership with business leaders will be essential in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while upholding best practices in workforce management. Your key responsibilities will include acting as a trusted HR Business Partner (BPHR) to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support. You will drive initiatives to foster high employee engagement, improve the employee experience, and collaborate with management to address workforce challenges such as talent development, performance management, and retention strategies. Your role will also involve ensuring thorough understanding and adherence to local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR regulations to promote fair practices and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs related to compensation, benefits, learning & development, and organizational development. Leading and supporting change management initiatives, you will effectively communicate HR policies to employees and management. Analyzing HR metrics and employee feedback, you will recommend improvements to enhance workforce productivity and engagement. Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local compliance and regulatory changes impacting HR policies and procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. By acting as a role model for organizational culture and values, you will foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with an HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. With at least 6 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, you should possess strong oral communication skills, project management skills, team handling skills, and a comprehensive understanding of local labor laws, compliance, and HR regulations. Your ability to influence and engage employees and leadership, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills will be crucial. Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of integrity and confidentiality will also be expected.
