Role Overview:

As a Human Resource Associate, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions, employee engagement, and talent operations. You will work closely with the HR team and leadership to ensure smooth HR processes, positive employee experiences, and compliance with company policies.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to grow their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
• Support employee onboarding and off-boarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and internal initiatives

Experience & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Human Resources or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and employee lifecycle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
