Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Associate role located in Gangtok. The HR Associate will manage day-to-day HR operations, support employee engagement, and promote a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include coordinating employee training and development programs, effectively managing HR processes, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies. The HR Associate will also serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, assist with recruitment, and contribute to organizational growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources activities.
• Skills in Training & Development, including planning and delivering effective programs to build employee capabilities.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external partners.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle multiple tasks, and work collaboratively within a team.
• Educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
• Understanding of labor laws and best practices in HR is a plus.
