Job Description

As a member of the Human Resources team at The Akanksha Foundation, you will be responsible for supporting the hiring process and onboarding documentation for Central Teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the hiring process for roles within Central Teams, such as support function roles, interns, contractual staff, alumni ambassadors, consultants, temp staff, and IJPs. - Managing pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding documentation for all new joinees within Central Teams, including updating HRMS. - Handling various data requests and providing support for data requirements during audits. - Responding to queries from Central employees regarding HR practices, processes, and policies. - Maintaining, tracking, and monitoring various data trackers, including attrition data, new joinee data, off-roll data, and other metrics at an organizational level. - Supporting and coordinating staff meetings, HR events, and engagement activities. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and end-to-end hiring. - HR Generalist experience with knowledge of HR operations, HRMS, data analytics, and compliances. - Understanding of managing employee events and engagement activities. - Proficiency in using the MS Office toolkit, tech-savvy, and exposure to new age ways of working. - Excellent communication and articulation skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of people. - Ability to handle information confidentially, respond with sensitivity, and maintain records and produce reports.
