Job Title: Business Analyst with RPA and AI Expertise Location: Goa / TVM Position Type: Full Time We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst who is passionate about Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Agentic AI to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business needs and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Lead RPA projects using tools such as Automation Anywhere, Document Automation, and Microsoft Power Apps/Automate. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Agentic AI solutions and build autonomous, goal-driven systems. Utilize APIs to integrate ChatGPT for custom workflows and applications. Create detailed reports and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Document processes, requirements, and solutions to ensure clarity and consistency. Influence stakeholders and work closely with them to identify and implement acceptable solutions. Lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring successful project execution. Manage project timelines and deliverables, demonstrating exceptional planning and organizational skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. 2-3 years of experience with RPA projects and related tools. Strong knowledge of Agentic AI and its application in business solutions. Proven experience integrating ChatGPT via API for custom applications. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Advanced technical skills with a strong competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail. A track record of following through on commitments and delivering results. Experience leading and supporting successful projects with a focus on team development. Why Join Us?
