Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate located at Head Office in Ambli, Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, recruiting, training and development, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role includes handling day-to-day HR tasks, supporting staff with HR-related queries, maintaining employee records, and assisting in organizational development.

• Experience in Training & Development
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
