Job Description

As an HR Associate at Revin Krishi, located in Palakkad, Kerala, you will be responsible for establishing HR processes, ensuring smooth people operations, compliance, and employee development, while also providing support for basic account management functions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **HR Operations & Compliance** - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation such as contracts, NDAs, and personal files. - Track attendance, manage leave, and ensure punctuality systems are in place. - Draft, update, and implement HR policies and the employee handbook. - Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR practices. - **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding** - Design job descriptions in consultation with leadership. - Manage the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and job offers. - Implement onboarding and induction programs for new employees and interns. - Create and maintain a candidate database for future hiring needs. - **Employee Engagement & Development** - Organize team-building activities, cultural programs, and engagement initiatives. - Conduct regular check-ins and surveys to understand employee needs and concerns. - Coordinate training and development opportunities with internal/external experts. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture. - **Performance Management** - Monitor probation periods and ensure timely confirmations. - Assist in setting up KRAs/OKRs for employees in collaboration with managers. - Develop appraisal templates and feedback systems. - Ensure transparency in performance reviews, promotions, and increments. - **Accounts Support** - Record and track employee reimbursements, vendor invoices, and office purchases. - Generate monthly expense and budget summary reports. - Maintain digital records for audit and compliance purposes. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree, MBA or PGDM in HR preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of HR experience (freshers with strong internship experience may apply). - Basic knowledge of accounting software, preferably Zoho Books. - Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. - Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented. In addition to the role-specific responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to build HR foundations from scratch in a fast-growing agritech startup. You will gain exposure to end-to-end HR functions, cross-functional work, and hands-on learning experiences in HR and basic accounts. The company offers a growth path to advance to an HR Manager or People Operations Lead role as it expands.,
