Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Officer based in Indore, with some work from home flexibility. The HR Officer will manage HR policies, employee relations, HR management,, job description development, and other HR-related tasks. Daily responsibilities include administering HR programs, developing HR strategies, maintaining employee records, and supporting the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Human Resources (HR) skills
• Knowledge and experience in HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Experience in Job Description Development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
