Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Associate to join our team in the Payroll & Time Office department. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and process payroll transactions accurately and timely.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other relevant data.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Develop and implement effective time management systems to optimize productivity.
  • Provide support in HR-related matters, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to payroll and time office operations.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, time management, and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
