Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Associate to join our team in the Payroll & Time Office department. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and process payroll transactions accurately and timely.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other relevant data.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Develop and implement effective time management systems to optimize productivity.
  • Provide support in benefits administration and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, time management, and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software applications.
